Contribuisci feedbackUncooperative, careless and unfriendly are one of the many few words I could use to describe this device. everything it needed was a disturbing journey to this place to submit this complaining. it was the 23rd august, just around 20 clock central time. I redeemed 1,400 hard earned points through the chipotle mobile app for a free escape of my choice. after ordering and arrival at this place for picking up, claimed the personal inside, do not receive my free empty order. the management forced me to pay the total price of my order, even after I had shown them the proof of my order that was processed by the app and the points were redeemed. After talking to three team members at this Chipotle site, none of them could help or even support me after the busy line was laid behind me. I asked myself to speak with the responsible; luis lopez the apprentice also forced me to pay the total price and not confirm my mobile order by points redeemed. the best that this apprentice could offer me was his manager card and chipotles company number written on the back of his not card. no compassion was shown. there was no act of apology. no exchange of respectful, apologetic words was obtained only a note card with a number written on the back. it was almost like the device gave me the middle finger. this trip was a waste of my time, gas, kilometers and trust in chipotle, exactly this place. I apologize to the customers who patiently wait for me to have experienced this misunderstanding and waste their time. I feel incredibly unsatisfactory. I could think less about losing my 1,400 points or wasted my time, but I am more disappointed about how the management of iowa city chipotle has treated this situation. luis lopez, I don't know how they ended as an apprentice. I'm disappointed. How do you trust your team? how will they set up as manager?
So I’ve never been to this location but a buddy of mine has and every time he has he has gotten horrible food poisoning. All the times he has been here he has gotten the Pollo Asado Chicken. I’m truly concerned for his health and whoever else gets that type of chicken. I don’t know what y’all need to do, but it’s bad
This makes me sad to write because I loved chipotle. I understood when prices went up and employees got paid more. I stand behind raises wages, but they also cut everything in half while raising the price. The food has went down hill, quality and quantity. I used to be able to get a full bowl and be full with leftovers. I didn't even get half of a bowl today. On top of now charging for the type of meat you choose, they have upped the extra charge yet again. I paid $15 for beans and hard rice. This is the 4th time I've had issues here, I will not be returning.
They make serving three people in line take 10 minutes somehow, and then when you finally get down the line, they refuse to serve you ingredients that are right in front of you saying that they are for online orders only. Cool. Thanks for wasting our time. We walked out and are never going back. It was only occasionally worth our time before, anyways.
I go here almost every week. Today's service was awesome so I had to write them a review. Luis made my burrito more accurately then I've seen previously and was fun to chat briefly with. I've noticed many times the lady at the register always speaks kindly and is very helpful. This good of staff can be rare so I highly recommend going.
