Mcdonald's - Iowa City

Always reliable. the personal here is also good when I go through. love that they are 24 hours for the other people who work 14 hours shift and just want to eat a bit fast.

Went thru drive thru only to be told their frappe machine has been broken for 2 weeks!... I call BS! Just lazy and don't want to make it....

We ordered 20 McChicken nuggets and a cheeseburger. The food was good, just like at other locations, but I had some issues with the customer service. It was terrible; they seemed indifferent to their customers. I wanted to order extra drinks for the kids, but I had to wait for about 20 minutes. There were employees standing around, yet none of them offered to assist me with getting the drinks while my children waited.

Every time I've been here, my food has been incorrect. They often forget items from my order, burn almost everything, or simply deliver the wrong order. I've worked in the food industry for a long time, but I've never encountered a place this poorly managed.

I inquired about adding Mac sauce to my McDoubles, but the manager, who seemed to be in a rush or flustered, didn't handle the request well. Despite being busy, the staff responded poorly to my question. This is how they ended up serving my Mac sauce.
