Rodney's Jamaican Jerk Bbq - Iowa City

Had Rodney’s at Blues and BBQ in North Liberty. Absolutely delicious and great amount of food. Had J Chicken, rice and Beans, steamed Green beans amd Loaded Fries!! Highly recommended!!!

Went to BbQ Event at park. Bought from trailer setup. $15 overcooked chicken was worste I 've ever had, hands down! Dry, and almost no seasoning! Tasted no j flavor, at all. Only pepper. Plus, pretty sure the beans are canned. Tastes EXACTLY like Bushes baked beans..... in a can. Extremely disappointed!

Tried this food truck out today. I got the J Chicken Rice Bowl. I would've definitely given them 5 stars if the chicken in the rice bowl was not on the bone. I'm pretty sure I ate a couple small slivers of bone and I didn't eat some of the chicken as I didn't want to gnaw the chicken off the bone. I ordered the bowl so that I could eat my meal with a fork. The rice, beans, cabbage, and plantains in the bowl were delicious.

Thanks for this! It taste so good on my grilled pork chops.
