Sam's Pizza - Iowa City

Pizza was delicious, but it was slow. I believe our waitress was new but did a pretty good job. My family raved about the calzones!!

Just had a large Chicago style Sam’s Pizza delivered. We order with mushrooms, onions, spinach and sausage. It was perfect hot, on time, and so so good! We’re been eating Sam’s Pizza for over 30 years and it never disappoints!

Happened to stop in on trivia night and had a blast. Food and drink was food and reasonably priced. Even blanketed in snow they were open and friendly. Our waitress was very attentive and courteous. Next time I'm in town i will stop in again and strongly recommend this establishment to others. Parking in the rear was available and the rear entrance was very easy to find.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The pizza was delicious and served quickly. The New York-style pizza I tried was fresh, hot, and exactly what I expect from a great pizza. The green olives were particularly tasty, and the cheese and pepperoni were baked to perfection. The size of the pizza was perfect, with some smaller slices to enjoy. I also loved that it included the famous Noidavoider topping. Overall, it was a great dining experience.

Thursday nights trivia is a must-visit at this restaurant!
