Definitely recommend ordering ahead because the food does take a while (ours took about 45 mins) but it’s worth it. The fried chicken is crispy and juicy, and the mac and cheese and collard greens were perfect! Hit the spot and tasted like home for me. Also recommend getting cornbread and dipping it in the candied yams for a sweet little treat with it.

30 min wait. I would’ve waited for 90 mins to get the meal I got. 10/10 I’ll be here atleast once every time I come to Columbus from here on out.

The food was good, the wait was 30+, but they do tell you when you order. Had the chicken wing meal with greens and Mac n chz. I wanted candied yams and they were out. I don't usually eat cornbread, theirs was good, wish they offered butter or honey for it. It all was good, but not worth going out of the way, on to the next spot on my next visit!!

The chicken wings are delicious. The sweet potatoes, bake beans, greens with turkey, blackeye pea salad, Jojo fries, and fried okra were all amazingly delicious. The chicken and sausage gumbo was ok. The kool-aid was a refreshing treat. I have nothing bad to say about anything. Everything was so delicious.
