Not worth the money! The burger and bun were both thin and lacking in substance. It's nothing like it used to be when I was in the Cleveland area a few years ago.

I would like to file a complaint. The burger I received was undercooked, and I noticed that the manager, Alex P., was handling food without wearing gloves. Alex P. was quite rude during the interaction, and I strongly believe he should be replaced immediately.

The staff were friendly and efficient, and the food was fresh and served hot. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean all the tables looked.

Why do people think gloves are meant to protect their hands rather than to keep my food safe?

I ordered the Philly cheesesteak, and it was excellent! The waffle fries were truly remarkable, even though I'm usually not a fan of waffle fries.
