Papa Johns Pizza

I recently tried a pizza from this place, but it was a complete waste of money. It wasn't baked properly, the toppings tasted raw, and unfortunately, this isn't the first time. This marks my third disappointing pizza experience here. I strongly advise against ordering pizza from this establishment.

They will intentionally ruin your order for nothing. No sauce, no cheese, up to 7 pepperoni stacked on top of each other. They opened the garlic sauce and dumped it in the box. You could tell someone pressed their thumb in to it. I called the store and was over the top polite but they were nothing but rude.Keep in mind, never met any of these people in my life. Did absolutely nothing wrong to them. They saw the name on the order and made the choice to do this based purely on that alone. It was an online order so they didn’t even hear my voice.Worked a 12 hour day and simply just wanted to get the food I paid for… no special requests, nothing to make their job any harder.There’s no consequences or oversight for these evil people.

Ordered pizza and breadsticks today for dinner for the family. Papa John’s is running an ad on TV for $8.99 for a large pizza. They showed up with the breadsticks, but no pizza. What a joke. Must be some kind of glitch in their website pay close attention when ordering or pick up in store only.

Cancelled breadsticks and garlic sauce order after 1 hour wait. Didn't pick up after waiting on hold for 10 minutes.

This place has gone down hill over the past few years. Be prepared to wait longer than expected and worse quality. Since they prices for everything you can find better local values.
