If I could give zero stars I would. This restaurant literally robbed me. Outrageous customer service. Ordered $80 worth of food and when I showed up to pick up the employee told me they did not have my order. I showed them the website it was ordered from with the order confirmation and asked if it was their website and he said it was but he doesn’t have any online orders in the store. I asked him how I would get my refund for the food I wasn’t receiving and he said to call the number on the website. I called the number and the store phone started ringing. The employee ran to the office and declined the call. I asked him if I could speak to a manager and he said there wasn’t a manager in and gave me a phone number to call. I called the number he gave me and the person who answered said they used to be the manager of the restaurant but haven’t worked for them in two years. I called the restaurant back and this time they answered, when I asked the employee for the current managers phone number he said he couldn’t help me. It’s one thing to have a technical difficulty with your online ordering. But to just take someone’s money but not give them they’re good even though they have proof of the order?
