Russell Stover Chocolates

Russell Stover has been around since 1923. The chocolate is handcrafted in small batches. Russell Stover has only 31 retail locations across the country and we have one right here in the Polaris mall. Stop in for at least a free sample. The chocolates are pretty good here. This store has a large selection of different chocolates to choose from. One of these days I'm going to try one of the milkshakes or some of that ice cream. It looks really good!

Delicious chocolates can be found here, along with gifts and caramel apples. The location is conveniently situated across from Zoo Court in Polaris Mall.

This restaurant is very clean and offers a wide variety of options, including different dietary choices. Their ice cream and milkshakes are fantastic! It's definitely worth stopping by to check it out, especially since it's located right across from the Columbus Zoo's children's play area in the mall. The management is excellent, and I've never been disappointed with my visits. It's also a lovely place to explore chocolates for all occasions, and they even offer free samples!

As soon as you enter the store, you're greeted with a complimentary piece of chocolate. The selection of candy is impressive, and the staff is incredibly friendly.

Later, I went home and decided to check online to see if the item was indeed unavailable there. To my surprise, it was available, and at a lower price! Plus, I could get the 20% discount I initially sought, and it would ship in time for Christmas. While I wasn't angry at that moment, I called the store to discuss the possibility of returning my purchase for either a refund or credit for the price difference, given the misleading information from the manager. I was told, however, that returns or credits weren't possible. Feeling frustrated, I contacted Russell Stover's customer service and provided them with my information, purchase details, and an account of my experience. After several days without a response, I called back to check on my complaint and found out that my initial report had never been recorded. I went through the entire process again, detailing my situation yet again to the phone assistant. Once more, after several days, I received no response, no email, and no call. Now, the opportunity for a return with a new online purchase has passed, as the deadline to receive my order before Christmas has come and gone. I want to clarify that while Russell Stover chocolates are generally excellent, I cannot recommend this specific location due to the dishonesty and poor customer service I encountered. This experience has made me hesitant to recommend Russell Stover chocolates at all, given the overall lack of concern from the company.
