Contribuisci feedbackThis location literally stole money from me. My order was sent to the wrong location through the online order system. No big deal. Called the store direct to cancel the order and have it moved to Stringtown rd location. Next day I check my card to see they charged me not once. But twice for food I never received. I called several time to speak to their “manager” if you can call her that. I was put on hold forever amongst other things. Then she picked back up the phone like she was talking to a new customer. Guess she forgot about me. Generally she just had a bad attitude. As far as I’m concerned if y’all need to steal that bad. Then keep the money. But you lost my business forever. Very unprofessional. Idk how she has her job.

I ordered a burger with no cheese and welldone! I received a burger that is rare and has cheese. The manager seemed very childish when I called to fix my issue, she did not seem like it matter if it was resolved.
Lelana was amazing. We had a party of 25 and she did not miss a beat. She handled even our difficult people perfectly. She made us feel welcomed and attended to every question or request we had. We were a hockey of 10year old boys, so we were not an easy crowd. I have no complaints and she was nice, mature and happy the whole time she served our table. I was surprised and happy she was a great server. We will absolutely come back here!!! Dietary restrictions: We had a couple parents with Celiac and hernia issues. They were accomodated with no questions asked. Kid-friendliness: We came in with a 10 year old hockey team. They did not give us any issues, handled our table by jersey number and was absolutely amazing. She remembered every order we had and was extremely accommodating.
