I really like this Starbucks location. Its location is very convenient for me, but beyond that I always receive great service. Almost every employee I've ever come in contact with (and i have been through a lot! Has been friendly and courteous. They greet you with a smile and are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you have a good experience as a customer. I really appreciate that, especially before I've had my caffeine! The drinks are usually pretty consistent as well, which is a big plus.

First time using the app. Apparently I placed my order too far in advance so when I got there they had, unbeknownst to me, discarded it. I went through the drive thru and gave my name for a pick up order. When I got to the window, they had not remade my order so I had to wait for them to remake it. Why hadn't they done so when I gave my name at the order kiosk? ??‍??‍??‍ Needless wait time. The line was quite long too. Seems like they are understaffed. Don't stop at this location if you are pressed for time. Also, the entrance is not clearly marked so I had to circle the block 3x to find it. ??
