Waited in line for 40 minutes and they still got my drink wrong….the lady at the window was so rude and unapologetic. Some people aren’t meant to be in the hospitality business.

Drinks are constantly made wrong here.Don't think I’ll ever be coming back to this location.

Every single time I come here it always take a 10-20 min wait for a single drink customers shouldn’t have to wait that long thru drive thru

Don't care for the drinks that are made here. Most of the time, my order is incorrect, or the drinks are very watered down. I got a brown sugar shaken espresso with extra cinnamon, and they put so mucn cinnamon in it that I was choking. The Frappuccino are okay if they are made normally, but I wouldn't modify it. As for the service, nobody acknowledges you when you walk inside. You have to actively wave someone down before they pay you any mind or ask what drink you are waiting for. The drive-thru is probably a different experience, but walk-in customers should altleast be acknowledged.
