TERRIBLE server!! I think her name was Trish? Excuse me, but I am the customer! You should not be treating me with such disrespect. I asked several times for things, and she did not bring them. A different server had to bring our water. Then, at the end, I asked for more bread. She never brought so after I payed I asked if I could take some home (since she never brought and my young siblings wanted). She said “no you can’t take bread home without paying.” I told her that I payed the bill and tipped high, the servers are usually very respectful and give us enough bread. She laughed and said sorry you’ll have to pay. So I went to the front and asked to take bread home and she followed me and started yelling saying I can’t take without paying. My little brother started to cry (he didn’t get any bread), and she wouldn’t give me, so I had to buy him bread. Next time I might as well not tip. Having to take little kids out to eat is already hard enough!! I didn’t want to cause a commotion and leave without bread for my brother. I mean the bread is complimentary and since my server never brought me as we were eating (when we asked), why cannot I have when I am leaving?

Bad experience with a to go order today. Not only did I not receive my extra salad dressing, but I asked both to go attendants to make sure the 3 extra ranch I asked for was in the bag and they both confirmed. When I got home, NO ranch in the bag and all food was cold and I only live 7 min away. Only giving the second star because I should have checked myself but I was in a rush.

Had a great time at this location. Our server was great. Food was delicious and there was plenty of it. It gets crowded and very loud, so it can be difficult to have a conversation without talking loudly. We would definitely return!

I really like meat but this restaurant meat is really hard and have some strong smell I think the general manager should take more attention on the quality even if the price gets higher but meat should be soft and quality

Food was average. Basic bland mashed potatoes the ranch dressing was thick with no flavor. Blooming onion lacked flavor as well. Will not visit again.
