I was tasked with getting a very large order of donuts for work. The general manager was very helpful as were her approve not only getting me the donuts 21 dozen, but also helping me to load them into my car. Great ice caps still so that was a plus. But this location is filthy and the donuts was stale. Do not eat here. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

The worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. They had no bacon and no chicken. They did not even have the proper bread. I don't think the staff even understands how horrific this place is. Finally this grilled cheese is the saddest thing I've seen since the commercials euthanizing puppies.

Avoid at all costs. I 've been going to this location for ten years and it 's finally broken me. I was patient through the struggles of the pandemic, but this is getting out of hand. Sunday morning I stopped for the usual order, 2 coffees and a bagel with cream cheese. Noticed the bagel felt light, opened to see that it looked like they cleaned off the knife with it, maybe 1/4 teaspoon of cream cheese and that 's a generous estimate. I politely asked to get a replacement with ya know, a proper shmear. I was rudely informed that it was the standard amount , and that I 'd have to pay extra for more. Forked over 1.69, paid with 2 dollars for a tiny ramekin of CC, they didn 't even give me my change. My wife went there this morning and asked for a bagel unsliced and not toasted with a double double. She got a hot sliced bagel and a plain coffee. Do better Tim 's. This location should be shut down or remove the GM, cause they 're running it into the ground.

Customer service was amazing!!! The young lady, I believe her name was Gilbert was unbelievably kind!! That sweet girl deserves a raise. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $1–10
