Staff are unbelievably rude. I asked for my receipt and she rolled her eyes and closed the window in my face. I didn’t even order everything I wanted because I could hear her huffing as I was ordering.

Used Drive-thru. Staff not friendly. Ordered PB Cup smoothie. Should have tasted it before I got home. Horrible! Zero peanut butter taste and zero chocolate taste. Just tasted like a very sweet banana. So nasty! Not impressed! Do not recommend!

This was one of the best ones I have ever been to, and the staff was incredibly friendly. It was nice, especially because I came from the hospital after going through testing all morning, and the staff smiling at you and having fun just really helped!! Thank you, Tropical Smoothie!

I used to enjoy coming to this location when it first opened, but over the last couple years I've just been priced out. My smoothie I get has gone up 2 dollars over 2 years from 5.50 to 7.40. That amd the rewards system has devalued the points you earn. It used to be a deal, now for me it just isn't worth it.

I don’t come here often but believe me, every time i do, the service isn’t worth the cost of the food. the staff is never friendly, they hardly ever make eye contact, they move so slow and my order has only been right ONCE. It’s always younger people running the place when i go. I recommend more training. All around. Customer service skills need to be pushed heavily.
