Dunkin' Donuts - Ipswich

I'm going to Dunk's franchise. A friendly staff and good donuts, muffins and sandwiches.

$4 coffee, $4 bagel bec, $1.50 for a coffee roll. It's dark, so it's pretty standard fairy. The location was only on foot, and not busy (two people in the line, and one person waited for their food with me), but lasted 14 minutes from the order to pick up; that seems simple as if they suffer from the same underwear as everywhere else, but the prices do not seem low and the service was extremely slow, so the property at this point really needs to pay their people more so that they get more staff to properly support their customer base.

The staff here are by far some of the best I have ever dealt with. Even when I was busy and when I wanted to get up, they were great! And I command more and more little things / change my order, they were the only people to get everything right... and actually went beyond and beyond! (It would be easier to understand if u knew what I always order xtra from above on all my drinks that no one seems to understand)... but I like this place a lot! Also fresh!!!

2 of your staff one male one female both very young went out of their way to make suggestions on a spin of a coffee blend. And we're more than happy to make the drink and transaction. Superior teamwork. They weren't busy at all and when one of them could have walked away to take a break nope customer service was their TOP PRIORITY. They so made up for not having drive thru. Such a friendly atmosphere I wish I had brought my reading book

The staff in the morning is super nice. Only issue is when you ask for a toasted bagel it's not really toasted it's just warmed up and the cream cheese is ice cold. I like my bagels toasted to the point the cheese melts. I guess I have to ask for triple toasted bagel
