The Coachhouse - Ipswich

I want to thank Louise and Hazel for helping to make my mother's party such a special occasion. The food was fantastic and the setting was perfect for bringing everyone together. The organization and communication were excellent. I highly recommend this place, thank you!

I haven't been to this restaurant in a while since the new owners took over, but recently visited with friends for a Gin tasting and three-course meal. The restaurant is still well-presented, although they have added a wedding gazebo in the garden to extend the dining area. The staff greeted us warmly and with a smile. We started with drinks in the garden before moving inside for the main event. The Gin was of good quality with a variety of mixers, and the food was exceptional. We finished off with tea/coffee and left feeling satisfied and appreciated by the staff. Overall, it was a visit well worth it.

We stopped by for a meal and had the most delicious Sunday lunch in a long time. The food we chose was a classic roast lunch with beef and all the fixings, but the menu had so many tempting options it was hard to choose. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The Coach House is easy to find from the A140, located in the beautiful parkland of Thornham Estate. We enjoyed a leisurely walk with the dogs through the woods, working up an appetite before our meal.

Beautiful eating, personal and entertainment offered

There for a high-time reception. the personal was beautiful and they make this small and intimate venue fantastic. eating was an afternoon tea. sandwiches were simple, but fresh and plentiful of them. scones were delicious and freshly baked. cakes were ok tablet bakers and a Victoria sponge. the chocolate cake was best preserved on our table. the personal was very attentive and there is also a reasonable bar for such a place.
