Al Carbón - Iquitos

As best place for meat in iquitos; not. not much for decoration; uncomfortable wood straight chair. around 18:45 and the place was almost abandoned; only one of the 24 tables occupied. the service was very slow, even if five waiters have just milled. to get bored. ordered a cusquña whet beer, the bbq chicken wings, and the pork substitute ribs, both with salat and roasted carrots all for 57 sohlen (to be reasonable) bbq wings were in the small size, but quite delicious. decent part of the reserve ribs, but not really up to famous daves standards much fat. place was extremely warm, at the limit at the unpleasant. probably won't come back unless I've got another irresistible offense for pork.

Al carbon has a very good steak that is difficult to find in iquitos. it comes with delicious baked patatoes and fresh vegetables, which is not very common in the jungle. like most places in iquitos it's pretty loud, not because they play loud...but because of all traffic over. for me it is wothwhile the noise as the steaks are delicious.

Hemos llegado a este lugar bajo consejo del conserje del hotel. Y la verdad es que es lugar es acogedor y la comida buena y abundante.Comemos pollo a la brasa con papas fritas.

Una excelente variedad de platos regionales propias de la región y nacionales, con especialización en parrillas

Sólo debo decir que las mesas tenían cucarachas ... me llevo una muy mala impresión del lugar. A lo único que atinaron fue a cambiar la ubicación.
