Katsínas - Irakleion

We had a very friendly service and fresh tasty seafood where mostly local Greeks were also eating. There is a sea view as well, very calm location and prices are really good.

Simple food, expertly executed. Family run. I blew kisses at the cook while I ate. That is not like me. I was compelled to make the staff take a photo with me. That is not like me either. I love this place so much I will travel from Canada back to Heraklion just for a meal here. Seriously. Eat here.

This looks like a mom and pop restaurant. The place is not hard to find. Food is delicious. Service is very friendly. Nothing fancy but very comfortable.

Very friendly owner. we found the place from the lonely planet, but was quite empty. not sure why the part was quite big and eating was great. at the end, as at many other places, we were offered free dessert and raki. I loved it!

For the first time we tasted in our delicious harnsalat. it was delicious. next to the rest of the meal.
