Would never order food from this Jimmy Jones I found multiple hairs in my sub and when I informed them they told me there's nothing they can do honestly I own a restaurant and that would be the day I expected a customer to pay for food and not at least give them a free sub rather then say well there's nothing we can d. That's basically saying I hope you enjoy the extra unwanted toppings that came with your sub cause it just adds flavor so enjoy... Lol if you have to I would definitely make sure to go elsewhere cause you don't want to wast your money on food your not gonna want to eat well unless ur best friend aka your dog is hungry then at least it wasn't a complete waste of your money.
I placed an order for there West side of Iron Mountain. And they didn't deliver there? Are you kidding me? Where do you deliver? You're in Iron Mountain but you don't deliver there. Keep your food.
My husben and I always order the No.9 and its never made the same way. Several times no oil vinger or no mayo, sometimes only 2 tomatos on the sandwichor or no onion and I guess that little bit of green is lettuce. We stoped going to the JJ's in Iron Mountain a year ago, subs just suck. Last month we went to Escanaba. I said to the guy, are your subs better the Iron Mountains ? I told him the problems and he said there's a standard protocall on how the subs are suspost to be made by the company. We follow the companys ways and rules. Well let me tell you they were the best subs We ever ate. This past weekend we took a ride to Escanaba just for No.9 JJ's subs. Never again Iron Mountains JJ's.
I live in a small town, and the best decision the neighboring city made was opening a Jimmy John's. They offer the best subs and the freshest bread. I've never been disappointed!
