Pine Point Lodge - Iron River

We had a great 3 day family vacation! Jack was a fantastic host! The kids had a blast on the pontoon, sitting by the campfire, swimming by the lake, paddle boating, and grabbing appetizers from the restaurant on site. We did most of our meals grilling on the deck or sandwiches on the water. I wish the drive was a little closer for us because we would stay multiple times out of the year. The lake was calm and everyone was very friendly. The fishing was great aswell. For those coming from out of town there is a small grocery store that is about a 10 minute drive so plan accordingly. A much needed relaxing trip from the everyday hustle and bustle

You cannot get more delicious smoked ribs anywhere. Jack is a great host and he has done so much to improve this place. Good beer selection. Far more than typical bar food. Tuesday night Trivia is challenging and fun! Check out the trivia buffet too!

Even the dog didn 't like the food he ate right off the table Over cooked cheese curds, no cheese left, just hollow fried breading. Fried fish was dripping in grease, uneatable. Burnt to a black crisp woodfire pizza and waitress only commented it must have been too hot. Ranch was too salty for human consumption. Ribs weren 't bad.
