This crystal occasionally has its issues, but that wasn't the case this time. The drive-thru experience was quick and efficient, and the small hot dishes lived up to expectations. I do miss the classic Crystal fries, but the broken frits they use now are actually an improvement.
At 9:30 p.m., a woman had a whole conversation with her staff. I sat for about 30 minutes and said hello hallo and no employee said something. Many customers have gone. I thought they closed at midnight, so why they didn't hire people.
Two nights in a row, this Krystal cancelled our Uber Eats orders over an hour after their placement! They refuse to answer the phone, refuse to communicate with the delivery service people, and still take orders. It is not fair to treat either the customers OR DoorDash and Uber Eats drivers to us as our time does not matter. This is a completely unacceptable way of doing business. It's like they're trying to screw people up? in the world or something.
I am not sure if this is a location issue. The food was great but I downloaded the app and used the new app discount. Receipt showed the total with the 25% discount HOWEVER my cc was charged the TOTAL amount before the discount! Unfortunately I did not save my receipt
