Very expensive for what you get! Got the minced pork with hand tossed noodles. Portion was on the small side for the price and the noodles were extremely disappointing as they clumped together into large, chewy blobs. Pork itself was fine but not memorable. They also only accept cash but don't have signs posted anywhere visible as you walk into the store, so be careful. Considering the multitude of excelent Chinese food options around, I would not recommend 101 Noodle Express.
The beef rolls are different than before but they were still good. We also got the soup dumplings and steamed dumplings, which were also very good. The service was a little slow but overall it was pretty good.
This place was good many years ago. today's meal was one of the most disappointing I had for a long time. dry overcooked chicken, pork that stinks you, it seems like the owner or chef has changed. they prefer to go to another Chinese place in the opposite only cash.
The hot and spicy bark soup is the product for which you want to go. unfortunately the pan fried dumplings came raw and not very good. we are often here and the quality of the food has fallen, despite the prices rising. I suggest you stay with her mother-supply and get nothing else.
