Bruegger's Bagels - Irvine

The bagels are excellent, but the service was lacking; the staff member assisting me appeared disinterested.

Over priced burnt bagels. Rude staff. Tried to order an everything bagel. The employee just said huh? back and I repeated myself then asked anything else before I could finish ordering. Can I get an everything bagel... huh anything else? It wasn 'tbusy and it was just an overall disappointing experience I didn 't want to order anything else from this person.

I found a Bruegger's near my workplace, and I've been craving their salmon bagels every day since! Their breakfast sandwiches are delicious as well.

Very good bagel sandwich. The bagel was fresh chewy and the topics were good. Only 4 star because the bacon could have been better. But a damn good breakfast sandwich overall

This Bruegger's location is by far the worst I've ever visited. The staff is slow and inattentive. It's disappointing, especially since they're supposed to prioritize serving customers in the morning. I’ve been a loyal Bruegger's customer for years, and I can’t fathom why the service has declined so much. I was looking forward to enjoying a bagel sandwich this morning, but it turned out to be the worst experience I've had at a bagel shop. The bagels themselves seem to have shrunk and are much tougher to bite into; they used to have a nice chewiness to them, but now they’re hard, even when fresh. There are definitely better bagel options in Irvine. I will not be returning to this location.
