Bruegger's Bagels - Irvine

Sunday?s they open up at 7:00, I love their bagels, and their sandwiches . Staff seems to be always in rush. They are nice people. Two things that made me to rate 4, is that, I planned to pick up bagels at 6:00 for the game on Sunday and they wereclosed, and the second one is, I tried to use their app to order ahead during the week, and it told me that this location don?taccept app purchases!!

Already have attitude just ordering a vehicle how to make sneak feel like I'm doing something wrong. Horrible customer experience.

They wont approve a bonus card that expired. It cost me money to get it and I forgot I had it. I'm out $5. Not fair to the customer! They will loose business for this reaction. Also, the half and half was not fresh.

Update: two months later and it seems worse than before. I watched five employees mill around in circles instead of helping the 15+ person line. One individual behind the counter helping, if you can call rudely shouting and rushing customers through theirorder helping. I sure am glad a new bagel place is opening nearby. Gone several times to this location and had decentexperiences with good food, even though it's always busy. For the first time I went in and it was almost empty, how neat. My SOand I get in line, and the older man helping us is acting like he's in a massive rush, ignores a majority of our order forcingus to repeat multiple times, then after paying he runs up asking if I want to be rung up again for the food he forgot to give inhis rush to get me out of the empty store? That was pretty rude behavior across the board. Maybe slow down, listen, get theorder right, and get the customer their food correctly. It's empty, there really is not an excuse.
