Del Taco - Irvine

Could not get help from employees . they have been making me wait because they totally forgot that im here and were messing around inside.I go around the drive thru agaim had no customers and the lady here at 3am is being rude and arguing insteadOf getting the order ready

What can you expect from a Fast Food Place really. I am sad to see this Del Taco has a bad rating compared to the other ones when it was the OTHER ONES that had worser service!Anyway, the reason for my good rating today is that a week ago, the cashier was very nice and gave me my food for only HALF the price that was due seeing as I was having severe money troubles/financial issues! Damn! Way to go to that lady at the drive-thru! Looked like a young Persian woman. Thank you to whoever that was! I really appreciate it!!

Waited in a line for an hour and a half and not once was it communicated that they were only serving for door dash. There wasn’t anyway for anyone to get out of line and the workers were super rude and had a 10 car pile up due this communication issue.Parking: This is the lot by Albertsons on campus drive

A very slow drive through expect an hour if not more to get your food!

Prices went up, quality went down.Also, this location is constantly packed but never has any staff.
