Floe Lounge - Irvine

In February 2014, Irvine Marriott Hotel presented an open place for meeting, eating and entertainment in the Orange County scene. It's called FLOE Lounge. The experience makes it a blend of high-quality interior design with advanced technology and art. It has a boutique hotel feeling as the decor continues the guest experience through the reception and lobby area. The decor also reflects the OC feel with a natural, soft color palette inspired by sand, ocean and driftwood. FLOEN The lounge is run by the chef Adrian Hernandez. Chef Adrian uses the great seasonality of SoCal and local farms to bring the agricultural concept for visitors and business travelers alike. The mixedologists use locally grown herbs from the Tanaka farms of Irvine. The culinary team even grows their own herbs and fresh leafy products on terrace deck walls right in front of the restaurant.

I came here on a Saturday night with my Hubby. Vanessa was our server, she got our mood and made a great job while letting us enjoy herself. The food was delicious, we ordered the chicken wings with sauces on the side; crispy and delicious, just to die. For the Entrees we ordered two Harvest Salad with the Ahi Tuna Add on. Nice sea on the Ahi and it had a beautiful layer of sesame seeds. I usually don't order salad, but that was good. They had live music for the icing on the cake. A cool atmosphere for a Saturday night!

My wife and I wanted to have a nice dinner in Irvine because we were in town. We were very happy to dinate in the Floe Lounge because it had a great ambience. There was live music, delicious food and the server was great. We had the chicken wings that were very tasty and the Harvest Salad with Ahi Tuna for which we should die. We'll be back when we're in town. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

I ordered an Asian citrus salmon. It's a good part. Eating is good. If you travel here and look for Asian flavor dish, you can try it.

We stayed at Irvine Marriott and stumbled over Floe, the Hotel Restaurant/Lounge. It was big and a lot of seating. The restaurant was nice and the atmosphere was good. This restaurant has fantastic food and the service was really good!! I was very happy and happy with this place. We had the chicken wings. We had the pizza... fantastic! I had the eggs and steel cut oats. The oat flakes were plentiful and thick and well tasted. I enjoyed every piece of it. I wish this place was closer to me, but I'm going back to the hotel and the area.
