Happy Lamb Hot Pot, Irvine Kuài Lè Xiǎo Yáng

Among all other hot pot restaurants, I always satisfied when go to little sheep mongolian. I was in san Jose/Bay area addicted to this special broth. the quality of food and customer service are super consistent. fresh ingredients and definitiw a great healing in a cold day. pending submissions I would suggest: 1 half and half (yin yang suppe:) they can try both original and spicy taste. I promise they have the most promising spicy broth. 2. each meat set or seafood set are great. super fresh! my favorite is angus beef, fat meat and cuttlefish. 3. for sweet, water creation: crazy addiction. napa kohl or pokuschoy also go well. 4. mushroom: they must order the mushroom to go with their hot pot. enokki and king oysters are my favorites. 5. fish balls with raw. 6. shrimp paste: this looks cool and especially on this location; therefore they should try! 7. beef and beef when they eat a little exotic. like me. 8. the secret is a diving sauce. I mish garlic sauce with a chopped garlic, the chili paste, few drops soy sauce and sesame oil, green wobble. they will try it and they will feel the other. skewers and dessert options are also great, but I am always full after the hot pot. try them when they go with big party.

I love this place, how does the Mongolian name? first they choose a soup base from their original, spicy or half half half. for me the original is the best. then they chose their protein and sweet and noodle. these young have a great selection of everything. my favorite is angus and beef meat, taro root, and leafy vegetables and seaweed. after all these giddies are in front of them and the liquid boils, they begin to put ingredients in the pot, cook them (for meat it is a question of seconds, for noodles up to 5 min) and enjoy.

On a Saturday night at 7 o'clock and had to wait about 30 minutes to take a place. eating is all good, but what really does the experience really good are the self-made diving sauce. I usually follow only the recommended recipes they have written from the bar. service is great and they are very attentive! from any reason, I will sit in the rule in the same opposite of the restaurant, so I have the same server every time I go here.

They have a good choice of meat and two broth options. meat and vegetables are fresh. they also have a good choice of sauces to dive. the service was better than last time I was there. it almost seems as if they were changing their own. a problem was that the menu does not match the order form. there were 4 or 5 dings we saw on the menu that we could not order. good place for hot pot. are they ready to wait when they go in the evening.

The food was delicious here. They had a wide variety of choices. I really like the fresh coconuts that they served, so good! We asked if they were fresh and they said yes and even proved it to us! There are TVs everywhere around the tables. The music isn’t too loud, just the right volume. I definitely recommend this restaurant. Our waiter was great, he gave us a free coconut and a free extra serving of soup. So generous! The tables are large for space for your plates and food. Overall the experience was great, and I really recommend it to however comes.
