Hironori Craft Ramen - Irvine

Have a lot of good reviews and decided to give it a try if we are in the opposite. our first time and tried the Tonkstsu wheels. my nabeby got the combo with a dizziness dish and came with an salat the broth is aromatic, but not oily and rich. the Chasiu meat melted in your mouth. the free hacke garlic and spicy sauce are so good that I both poured into my bowl of ramen. noodle texture is simply not too soft. pork is delicious. pork melted in the mouth with so much taste. salat dressing is good. will definitely come and try again the Tonkstsu rays and dizziness bowl.

Hironori was a good experience, I had added a toncottsu rays with garlic and hot sauce, excellent taste, very soft sponge chashu. also had a crispy rice with thunfisch and sake as digest to finish our meal, service was in order, they have an electronic waiting list when they preview that will be busy, go online and grab a place to avoid waiting as soon as they get there

Hands down the best Ramen in the OC. That's pretty much all you need to know. The chicken is also amazing but you're not going to HiroNori for some fried bird bits. I recommend getting the Tonkotsu as it's topped with the tastiest pork. Pro tip: if you want to eat there I would go to their site and add your name before you get there. You can cut down on your waiting time.

Great ramen as the other restaurants of the same chain. They charge a 16% service fee automatically, but they clearly explain it to you which is nice.

Hands down the best ramen ever! We travel over an hour and a half as often as possible to enjoy it! The Tonkatsu and Crispy Chicken are absolutely amazing and my girlfriend always gets the vegan which is visually the most amazing ramen I have ever seen and it tastes so good as well!
