Krisp Fresh Living - Irvine

We ordered nitro cold brew and were surprised to find ice in our drinks, which I've never seen at a nitro coffee place before. The atmosphere of the restaurant is fantastic, but the staff didn't match the vibe. It was quite crowded during our visit! We didn't try any food, so I can't comment on its quality. Overall, I'll give the food a rating of 3/5.

Additionally, it seems like a growing trend, but the "bowl" here is actually just a large cup, which makes it difficult to eat from and mix the ingredients together. I would love to see them serve the Acai in lower, wider bowls. I also wished I could have recycled the 32oz cup in a proper bin—I may have just missed it. Be mindful of the prices, as they tend to be on the higher side. Remember, price is what you pay, while value is what you receive. Overall, though, I think it's a great concept with quality offerings and a positive experience today. I will return and recommend it to others!

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Upon entering, none of the staff bothered to greet or acknowledge me. I waited for 10 minutes to pick up an Uber Eats order for a customer, and during that time, not one of the three employees made any effort to assist me. Frustrated, I decided to leave and cancel the Uber Eats order. Service rating: 1/5.

I brought three of my adult kids and we enjoyed salads, avocado, toast, and a bowl. It was all very delicious with lots of fresh ingredients. We dined outside on the patio while my daughter had her dog with her which was very convenient. There was nice music, playing, and, the restaurant and restaurants were clean and invitingFood: 5/5
