Highly recommend ordering from light and healthy deserts. I ordered the vegan Belgian chocolate cake with Romina and she did a fantastic job! The cake was moist, delicious and the ingredients were fresh! She also went above and beyond and prepared my order in less than two days to make it for my event I am definitely planning to try her other cakes and treats in the future!

I was searching for a place where I could get gluten free baked treats so I could bring something nice with me to meet my boyfriends parents. I could only find bakeries that had single items that were gluten free before I found Romina! I was able to order a beautiful pumpkin chocolate chip bread that his entire family loved, even the ones who aren't gluten free. They couldn't even taste the difference! It was delicious and Romina was so friendly. I will definitely be ordering more in the future and recommending Light and Healthy Desserts to all my friends in the area!

I came across Romina's desserts while searching for a birthday bundt cake for my friend. When I contacted Romina, I told her that I was interested in one of her lemon bundt cakes but was concerned because we were going camping and it would need to last for several hours unrefrigerated. She was incredibly helpful and willing to accommodate, and suggested some changes to the bundt cake so that there wouldn't be anything perishable in the cake, but that it still tasted like lemon. After 10 hours of leaving the cake out, it tasted AMAZING and the birthday girl absolutely loved the cake as well as our other friends. The glaze was especially delicious. Thank you Romina!

Romina was very easy to work with and delivered excellent customer service and communication from start to finish! Her cake tasted very decadent (in a good way) and my guests were surprised that it was light and healthy in content compared to other traditional cakes.
