Peet's Coffee Tea - Irvine

This is a fantastic place for work and study. The staff here is incredibly nice and friendly. I always request my drinks in their cups, simply letting them know it's for here, and honestly, the drinks are far superior to those at Starbucks. The only downside is that there isn't a restroom available on-site, so you'll need to leave your bags and head to Tender Greens to use theirs. However, if the weather is nice, the outdoor terrace is an excellent spot to sit and work.

The baristas were incredibly helpful in assisting us with our drink orders! I kept it simple and tried the Iced Pumpkin Latte, which was the best I’ve ever had (it was my first time trying a PSL)! The atmosphere was also really trendy.

The hot chocolate here is utterly delicious, and the waitstaff are incredibly friendly. They even whipped up a white chocolate hot chocolate for me, even though it wasn't on the menu, and it was fantastic. I highly recommend this spot to anyone seeking high-quality hot beverages; it's truly the highlight of the menu.

Not spacious seat but really cozy, good coffee. Bathroom is outside though.

Uhhhh my favorite place to grab a vanilla latte. the choices are nice. the baristas always seem to do espresso justice. the place is always stocked with complimentary spices to enhance my drink. the wifi is nice to have. most of the time the baristas start your order without them waiting for you to surrender your money which is always special every time.
