I ordered the Kobe burger, the cheesebread and some chili garlic wings. they were all delicious and generous servings. Actually, I was surprised how good it was. I would definitely recommend.

Super friendly staff and the breakfast buffet had everything I wanted. waffel was crispy as intended! would definitely visit again at the occasion. the waitress often asked us if we need something.

A few coworkers and I found the Cooper Chef via Yelp as there is a $5 off coupon for orders over $15. All of us accessed the coupon once we sat down at our table; as each of us ordered our food the waitress thanked us for having lunch there as she looked at each of our coupons. The waitress was FABULOUS! However.... Keep reading. This complaint is with management. The manager, Maura, ran over to our table about five minutes after our order was placed to bark that the coupon is applicable one per table, and only one person could redeem the coupon or split it amongst the four of us. She practically yelled this at all of us about the coupon wording of one per table ONLY. Her aggressive tone of voice was unacceptable and was way out of line. My coworkers and I are in the customer service line of business, and all of us were offended by her behavior. On our way out, of course, Maura reappeared after our meal was eaten and paid for. She flagged us down with a 20% off coupon for our NEXT meal at the restaurant for ONE table. She wrote this clearly on the back of the card and verbally stating the procedure several times; she proceeded to ask how the food was to make small talk. Thanks, but no thanks, Maura. Your customer service skills need a refresher course because none of us will be back to eat at this establishment to use a coupon for terrible management service. We can buy an overpriced sandwich and pasta dish somewhere else in the area. Thanks!
