Boston Market - Irving

Boston Market had hot, fresh, and delicious food, along with a clean environment and fantastic staff. We definitely plan to return!

We arrived just 10 minutes before closing and were unsure of what to order. Nora was incredibly friendly and patient with us throughout the entire process. The customer service and attention we received were outstanding! We give Nora 5 stars, and we definitely plan to return!

I recently started working near Irving and visited this Boston Market. Ms. Griselda is one of the standout employees there. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, and the service is exceptional. The customer service she provides is friendly and very helpful. The food is delicious, well-prepared, and always ready to order. So far, this has been one of the best Boston Markets I've experienced. I haven't had a chance to be back in a Boston Market for over 20 years and I believed it. Unfortunately, they had a shortage of work and only one employee worked the hardest to do everything in the store. While he was attentive and pleasant, the restaurant is too much for an employee and it shows. The restaurant needs a good cleaning, the food was not fresh (how can it be with only 1 staff?? the maize bread was a third of its original size. I would call it Corn Flat Bread. I don't want to go back. The only reason why this is 2 stars instead of 1 is your hardworking employee. Management must hire and retain more employees. Management must clean the shop.

As far as the cuisine is concerned, I shall state that it's flavor was on point and exceeded my expectations. Yet, it was a horrific realization that both the chicken as well as the ribs that I ordered were dry to the point that I am very sure that if the meat were made of sand, I would have consumed less water to have washed it down. If the Ganges river weren't so polluted, I would have drank all the water and still been thirsty. In reference to food in terms of the government, they should market their meats to the army so that they can use the meat to feed those in Guantanamo Bay, because although it is technically nourishment, it's also torture.
