I would visit again, but probably just stick with a pizza and skip the wings.
This is the first time I have ever written a review but this owner is terrible. This place is terrible. You're better off getting quiktrip or 711 pizza for the outrageous prices they are charging. I ordered this salad and it's supposed to be large portion with chicken breast added for 14.50. Owner did not want to refund me money nor rectify the fact that it's not even chicken strip worth of chicken on the salad. It's soooo many better options for pizza and salads in the shopping center where this place located. If this is what Chicago pizza is like then they should've kept it in Chicago. This place is the prime example of why I vastly prefer to eat home cooked meals and hate trying new places. I really hope it is replaced with a business with better food, staff and prices. Terrible.
Nope! Not Chicago style pizza! In Chicago, we lead with the sauce. Where’s the sauce?! Ordered EXTRA sauce and this pizza was dry as the Sahara! Never again!
Two weeks ago me and my girl decided to eat here. So we’re sitting outside looking at the menu online and after that I’m walking to the restaurant to order but the employees saw me and cut the open light off. I still walked in and said I thought you guys close at 9pm and it was 10min before 8pm, it clearly says it on google. That’s when the manager or owner told me to step outside so he can have a one on one with me and he stated that the business was under new management and the employees sometimes close early to clean. Then he said to come bk on September 1st and everything would be bk on track and they’ll be open until 9pm like it states on google. I thanked him for explaining and set a reminder in my phone to specifically eat here on September 1st and I arrived at 8:05 and all the lights are off. I’m leaving this review for the guy who told me to come on this day, can’t be telling customers anything and for that I’m TRUTHFULLY sending your establishment 1 star!!!!
I had a terrible experience at this place. I went there to order a to-go. There was no one else in the restaurant, other than an old man with beard standing at the counter. I went straight to the counter and asked him for menu card. He reluctantly grabbed it from below the counter. I asked him, which chicken pizza he would suggest me to order, to which he replied “he is not paid to make suggestions on the orders.” OK, fine. I ignored his rude response and started looking at different options. I selected one of the pizzas and asked him to add it to the order. After that, I immediately started looking at the menu card to order some appetizers, BUT this counter guy aggressively took menu card from the counter and threw it below it. I politely asked him to give me menu card again. He gave it to me with hesitation. I added chicken wings to my order and was looking at the menu card to add some beverages. But, again same thing happened and this old man took menu card from the counter even more aggressively this time. I questioned reason for such a behavior, but he didn’t reply and walked towards kitchen door to give instructions to someone in the kitchen. As he came back to counter, I asked him to cancel my order and started to walk out. After which, he had an evil laugh and shouted some gibberish towards me..
