Chicken Express - Irving

Food is delicious. You will not go wrong eating here.

I was disappointed. The chicken tenders and fries tasted like they had been sitting under the lamp for a while. The kids that work there do not know how to smile. I have always liked Chicken Express.

Inefficient work team, they are just chatting among themselves while there is a long line at the Drive tru.

Was cold and they don't understand English it's terrible to try and order your food never the less we will not be returning.

Food delivery pick up. Verified that I was the driver designated to pick food up for delivery. Showed Samiya ...associate at counter my app stating order number, customer name and app stating I had arrived. Associate demanded my picture as well. While I appreciate verification to make certain that everything was authentic, the extra diligence slowed down the entire process and became frustrating.As I left the entire scene was happening to another delivery driver.
