Cuzco Irving

The food itself was okay—nothing special—but it took a long time to arrive. I will NEVER return to this place. Moreover, it was quite dirty and felt old. I highly recommend going to El Tesoro del Inca restaurant instead. The owner welcomes you with a big smile and promptly shows you to a table, and the food there is fantastic! Restaurants in Cusco need to learn how to treat their customers better.

If I could give a negative star, I definitely would. Everything tasted like it had been prepared three days ago—overcooked or simply old seafood. My family and I dined here today, and before I even received the check, I felt so nauseated that I had to rush to the restroom to throw up. It was a terrible experience. I've never experienced food poisoning that struck so quickly.

As a South American, it's really difficult to find authentic cuisine, but this place is undoubtedly one of the best!

The staff at this restaurant really needs to improve their customer service.
