Domino's Pizza - Irving

Monday, 30th, a delivery order at 15:10 a.m. the order was at 15:34 in “Quality Control”. order the load to leave 4:40 clock. delivery 5:23 clock, 2 hours and 13 minutes later. you can only imagine how cold and stable it was. the sausages of dominos I have ever needed.

That was the worst Dominican experience ever! we ordered our pizza at 8:30, tracker online said it was of 8:54 and it was for delivery ay 9:10 and we never got the pizza! we continued to call and they answered and stopped. the so-called customer service advised to receive a refund until after delivery was advised. such a bad experience!

Today I made Pickup Order #1314 on 5/21/2022 at 8:15 When paying in the store they tried scam me to pay someone else 26$ order, while my order was 7.3$. And they added 0.7$ donation to my bill without asking me. I would say look at your bill and make sure everything is ok I have mixed feeling experience Thanks they washed hands before preparing,but they refused to add oregano and butter garlic sauce to my order.What would happen if they sprinkled some oregano? This would make me happy. They said oregano doesn't come with your pizza!!! Come on guys !! I didn't feel the team is friendly I would go to different locations next time for sure.

There is never any drivers for delivery...one maybe, they mess up the pizza toppings and when you try to call you might be lucky if they answer, but then I was told I would get a 20.00 credit or come pick up the new pizza because they had 1 driver. I took the credit, but no one took my info as my cell comes up unavailable. After finally getting ahold of them I still would have to go get it. The pizza from this location SUCKS. I wish we could go back to the other Domino's for delivery. It is literally just 1/10th of a mile difference. Why did you change us?!?!?

Disappointed is an understatement. People used to take pride in their work. Now it’s just a job, just a paycheck….. they didn’t acknowledge me for a while. The old guy looked right at me. The young guy finally came up, took my order, then walked right over to the wings and grabbed them with his bare hands and threw them in the oven. Then came back to the register. I told him I didn’t want those cause he didn’t wash his hands and he said they were someone else’s….. then washed his hands and put more in the oven. They are also completely out of Parmesan
