Domino's Pizza - Irving

Only good dominos stayed in Irving. Great consistent quality pizza every time. We love pizza and these are the only dominos we order more.

I order from this place quite often and today I ordered online at 5:50pm, it has been 2 hours, so I call and they say I didn't have my apt# and then was excited when I asked if they were going to distribute again since I already paid. poor customer service

The accuracy of my order fell short, this order was so needed for the last day of my son's school for the year / winter party to have a high accuracy...but his still my neighborhood Dominos, so there were some good and bad orders.

I ordered a large pizza today #244) online at 3:00 p.m. and after 3:00 p.m. I thought they didn't deliver this order. In addition, when I called them the store) several times they were unable to make it. This order wastes my time and money including the 60 pizza credit. My children waited for more than 80 min starving during the noon and I ended with it without dissolution!!! It is very frustrating and disappointing that they did not even take care of this problem, I happened. The person who picked up the phone hung me up. Will never order again.

I placed my order online which gave me a delivery time between 70-80 minutes, So I check on the Domino’s Tracker and now my order is going to take another hour before it’s delivered.I spoke to Graciela the manager and all she could come up with is it’ll be hot I promise when it gets delivered to you. O wow thanks a lot for that !So now I’m canceling my order which will take 2-3 days to be refunded what I was charged ?
