Jack In The Box - Irving

I can't recommend this place. The food can be good, but recently they've messed up my order. They confirm it correctly, but what I actually receive isn’t what I ordered. I asked for a plain dish and ended up with something completely different. I used to really enjoy it here, but lately, it's been disappointing.

You really overdo it with the mayo on the burgers! Even though I didn’t ask for any, it was still slathered on. Gross! Food: 1/5

You definitely wasted your money here. The customer service was rude, and they don't even serve the correct portions of food. That's what I meant when I said, "they really take your money."

Everyone was very charming and helpful. No complaints at the end! I hope they found me as a lovely customer. Food: 5/5

I love their chorizo and the combo meal order is great.
