I had one swallowed and immediately realized that it was not a Veggie bread. the waitress was very apologetic. So be careful. eating was just delicious. we will go back.
Each time I go here I really enjoy the vegan ham/vegan meats they include in their pho. They have a wonderful texture and flavor, and their noodles are also amazing. I can’t decide on a favorite dish, but anything with their glass noodles is to die for. I like their flat noodles/rice noodles, as well, but they’re nothing in comparison to the glass noodles.
Our favorite is the Vietnamese steam rice noodles(K14). Order them every time we are in town. There are a variety of other dishes as well. It seems to be family owned and operated so care is put into the food. There are at least 15 vegetarian dishes and only 2 that are not vegan as far as I can tell.
One of our favorite Pho places. They offer Vegan meat and their soup tastes great. Lots of juice and dessert (coconut milk based) to choose from.
The spring rolls were good. The broth for the pho tasted like vegetable broth and not that it was made from veggies typically from pho (ginger, cloves etc). So it didn’t taste very authentic and cultural. Either way, it was good. So I rate it 3 stars.
