Most of the employees are young and enthusiastic about their jobs. The menu is straightforward, making it difficult to get your order wrong. You can always expect your food to be cooked properly, and it consistently meets that expectation. Overall, I have no complaints.
There was no coleslaw served, and the fried chicken tasted as though it had been cooked in dirty oil, leaving a burnt flavor. I've never encountered such poor quality before.
I ordered through the drive-thru at 8 a.m. on Friday and waited about 25 to 30 minutes. When the employee took my order, they kept asking, "Anything else? Anything else?" After telling me the total, there was an awkward silence. When I finally received my order, it was cold—just ten minutes after placing it at the intercom. This restaurant used to be fantastic a few years ago, and I really hope it gets better soon.
Really disappointed, just disposed of in the garbage! Never published pictures... But I guess Kanus fees more for 2inch chicken pliers than anyone else, I wanted everyone to see. And also very dry, sitting under the heat lamp!? The service is always on par, but your food is really overpriced and bad, bad quality. Lost a customer for life!
Most of the time we go because of my kids love this place, but I have to said its always enjoyable to dine inside, the crowded its at the drive thru even though the service is always quick both sides.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of seats all the time to go with family
