Sonic Drive-in - Irving

I would have given them a higher rating if my order was correct, but it was not. 1. I asked for #2 combination large with mustard. And no salad. It was made with salad and Mayo.2. I asked for the combo to be big. Only the papers were big. My drink was a medium.

Take 30 minutes to deliver the food and everything is cold

Fast and friendly service! This location is a drive for me having another Sonic around the corner. But I will 100% come to this location then the one on Pioneer. I was in and out in 15 minutes! I would probably still be waiting to get my order at the other location. Would recommend this place to anyone in Irving. The location was also clean and lighted up.

This sonic is the closest to my house and I legit will drive to another in Irving. Half the stalls don't work. The female employees are incredibly rude. I have been in the middle of ordering multiple times and they will just cut me off and tell me the total and then I have to hit the button again and wait all over... which wouldn't be a problem if they weren't incredibly slow at answering and taking our order in the first place. I have had drinks given to me with lids not on and the cups have the contents all over them and coming out. Like this used to be the spot and the best in Irving. Now it's just a joke and a waste of my time and money.

This location is absolutely horrible. Poor customer service. Was flipped off and cussed by carhop for questioning the delay in service. Manager came out and started crying and said the girl had already been written up once with another customer. Manger asked me not to call corporate and a sob story that the other GM gave up on the store. This location needs an overhaul immediately. Shame on upper management for not holding accountability.
