Starbucks - Irving

A very busy Starbucks location in Las Colonas. Unfortunately I made the mistake of ordering ahead on their App and when I got there, I waited a long time to get my order. I noticed that people who ordered after me at the counter were out on their way with their drinks and I was still waiting? I finally had to ask about my order and they finally printed my order and started making it.

Busy location. She made a mistake taking my order just because she didn?t repeat the order to make sure. The drink was then mistaken one more time other than the first mistake. Had to wait a long time to get my order and realized a wrong one of mine had been ready. When asked to remake what I paid then she threw attitude toward me in stead of offering a simple apology!

Girl working the register was acting very rude to every customer me and my girlfriend overheard other guests complaining about her, and we were also treated poorly. She wasn?t wearing her name tag, but it was a chubby older woman with blonde hair in a bun. At least my drink was good.

I would give it no stars if possible. Got up to order and there was no hi no nothing. Very rude and standoffish. I ordered my coffee and a scone. I got out my money to pay and before I even was done pulling it out. She steps back like she just saw a gun and yells UHHH WE CANT TAKE THAT! Like it was fake or something. Then an other female yells from across YEAH WE DONT HAVE CHANGE FOR A HUNDRED. Now everyone was looking like if i had a fake bill. It was very embarrassing. They didn't try to help me just stood brushed me off. I don't normally carry cash but today I had to. I didn't know that was a crime. Now I know a lot of places don't have change or for whatever reason. But it was how the situation was treated. VERY POORLY. They just looked at me like sorry about your luck. Most of us work with money, We all know how to get change for a customer. But they didn't want to help.

On here if you can! I stopped by here because it there but boy ole boy, what a surprise and delight moment. Sarah is a absolute gem. She totally change my favorite black tea lemonade with refreshing recommendation. She was personable and kind. If you get a chance get the Sarah it 's a passion black tea lemonade with raspberry ???? ???? it simply amazing.
