Contribuisci feedbackI used be an eager supporter to Whole Foods. But since it made a contract with Amazon, it seems to have forgotten service mind. For example; 1) Almond nuts lost its taste. Quality is unstable. Sometimes it has taste of old oil. 2) Eggs often contains broke ones. 3) Shrimp cocktail used to have label of expiration date and always fresh. But now no label of it. And no fresh. 4) Fish smells and sometimes it smells like a dead body. All these corruption seems to have stemmed from arrogance that it has tied up with Amazon and no fear. Don't mess with customers. We feel your corruption!!
Love this Whole Foods! It's always clean, there is ample parking, and everyone is usually really nice. The guys behind the butcher counter are knowledgeable and the variety of food of decent.
I love Whole Foods, but I don't love their prices. J went in for the hit bar and had slightly over a pound of food and my total was $12.78 ridiculous. This store is huge well organized and friendly staff. The store and restroom are always clean.I like the fast check out process everytime I go in so I am not wasting time standing in line.
I just got back from WF and discovered that my lemonade has a best by date of 7/22/19, and today is 11/3/19. And worse yet, this is probably the third time this particular brand of lemonade has been expired in the past six months when I discovered it after coming home. Shame on me for not always remembering to check before my purchase. For the first two times, I chucked it up to someone making a mistake, so I just poured out the bottle. But this third time was the final straw, I drove right back to WF and demanded my refund. The service lady was nice, but it was not her fault. It is the store manager 's fault for not getting his act together and making sure you don 't have expired products on the shelves. Especially, the number of times it has happened. I guess I expected too much from WF. Also, found a bag of chips in the same purchase that is due to expire in 10 days. On the same grocery shopping trip, I was going to pick up some food for dinner from the hot food bar. Looking around, I must 've seen about a dozen flies landing on the various food selections! I should 've taken a photo of it. How is it this is acceptable? Why is the City of Irving health dept not looking into this? Is it just his particular WF location? I don 't recall seeing these issues when I shopped at other WF locations.
Love the set up of Whole Foods and today I decided to shop before heading home which is 50 minute drive and I should have waited and shopped at Market Street. Every floor employee at Whole Foods was too busy cleaning and stocking and it's 4pm. The young lady in the wine area was the worse because she would make eye contact and not utter one word. Maybe my expectations are out of wack today.
