Big Joe's Pizzeria - Irvington

I called placed a order about 40 mins the driver called and said he was downstairs , I waited 10 mins before calling the store , I called back some guy answer the phone I inquired about ,my order the driver tells him he is in front of my house i’m telling him i’m standing in the rain he then gets nasty with me and tells me good night horrible customer service what the didn’t know is i probably would have used the for our pizza party this Firday oh well . Rude and Nasty for no reason all cause your driver didn’t know where he was unprofessional .

Placed an order over an hour ago with an outrageously rude woman on the phone who seemed to either hate her job or is completely miserable. The customer service is garbage here and their food which I ordered a plain pizza doesn't make up for it at all as it is very mediocre. I called back to get an update on my one plain pizza and they refused to answer the phone and even hung up on me. So I asked my boyfriend to call and they answered immediately and was rude to him and even hung up on him before he could ask long it would be until the delivery driver was there. It was my first time ordering delivery and I will never order from this place again as it took over an hour and thirty minutes to arrive and I live less than a mile away.

I gave 5 stars because the actual food is always great. That’s all the matters to me however the lady that takes the orders over the phone has been rude for many years. I see a lot of complaints about her however I don’t think she’s going anywhere. She only works the phones so I just learned how to ignore her attitude.
