Applebee's Grill - IRWIN

I am giving these five stars to Whitney! She was our server tonight and she was amazing. My friend ordered something without realizing it had bacon, which she can't eat. After one bite (and instant regret), I talked to Whitney who was extremely kind and helpful. Whitney had the dish remade quickly and handled the situation with ease. She is a gem (and her service tonight was perfectly timed and just what we needed) and we are grateful for her.

My dinner experience at that restaurant was fantastic. Our waitress, Kayla, was exceptional - professional, yet friendly. She went above and beyond to assist us, even expressing concern when she noticed my arm was in a sling. I cannot praise her enough.

The food at this restaurant is delicious and the waitresses provide excellent service. However, our orders have been messed up the last few times we visited. This was not the fault of the waitresses, possibly due to new staff in the kitchen. Overall, our experiences have been positive, but this time we have to leave three stars.

Nice and clean the waitress was on her game very professional polite and quick. We had an issue with a steak the manager took care of the issue. I always like Applebee's lots of choices and good service.

My family and I go to Applebee's very often, it is our favorite restaurant. This most recent visit, however, we went to the Irwin location and were informed that they don't give or allow crayons at that location. I asked a second staff person and wastold the manager simply does not order them because they cause a mess. It might seem trivial, but part of the reason we likegoing there is because my youngest kid likes to circle his menu items on the kids menu and then we all play tic tac toe (whichis printed on the kids menu) while we wait for food. Again, not w huge deal, but it's enough for us to not go to that locationagain. We will go to our usual Applebee's or a different restaurant.
