Mcdonald's - IRWIN

The McDonald's at Hempfield Plaza is dirty, and the food is consistently cold, hard, and unappetizing. Although we live nearby, we prefer to drive to the location on Route 119, which is always clean and offers fresh, warm food. That location truly deserves 5 stars. Both locations have maintained this level of quality for the last decade.

We visited this McDonald's and placed our order at 6:08 PM using the app (order #1645). Unfortunately, our order didn't arrive until 6:35 PM. We were trying to keep our 2-year-old occupied while we waited nearly 30 minutes for a 10-piece nugget, 4 McDoubles, and a basket of fries. All the other children in the place seemed to be losing it too due to the long wait. The family next to us had a toddler who began screaming after being kept waiting for about 30 minutes, which was likely longer than us. When we finally received our food, they forgot both of our sauces. I went back to the register to request the sauces and ended up waiting another 5 to 10 minutes for an employee to assist me. It seemed like they were deliberately avoiding eye contact with customers and did not acknowledge the delays. This experience was a complete nightmare. I'm writing this shortly after getting home (after 8 PM) having spent 1.5 hours at McDonald's. Additionally, the play area is not suitable for young children. We used to visit often, but we won't be returning after this experience.

The play gym has opened in Irwin! I found my cheeseburger to be quite thin, but I loved the fries as always. The staff is young and friendly, and they're working very diligently. My granddaughter really enjoys the happy meals.

Keep your good memories from the old Big Mac Museum. There was way to many changes made and the play area was incredibly hot. Corporate Should have left the original play area equipment it was much better than the new one.

Newly renovated. It is clean and bright. The new playplace is fun but small. Only one climbing tower and two other small non-climbing features.
