My wife ordered a Tuna salad sandwich and they put Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwich on the receipt instead. There were several tables that weren't clean that had half eaten apples and used napkins on them. The floor near the drink machines were sticky yet had caution wet floor signs setup. Never has anything in stock. Constantly out of baguettes. Ordered a dozen bagels on the app. Got a notification that it was ready just to arrive and get told that they only had 6 of my bagels available. Then waited another 20 minutes for them to finish the order just to forget my cream cheese. As a business owner myself, I get things happen, but there needs to be better systems to make sure this doesn't continuously happen.
