Santa Fe Importers - Irwindale

This was my first visit to this restaurant, but it definitely won't be my last! I discovered this place through Burrous Bite on KTLA, and it looked fantastic. Right from the start, the service and staff were extremely helpful, making for a wonderful first experience. Sam, the cashier, was particularly great, and I had to try their famous meatballs. They were delicious! I also ordered the Pastrami Sandwich, which was an excellent choice. The sandwich is enormous! Overall, I left completely satisfied. The food was amazing, and I appreciate Sam's excellent service. Keep up the great work!

A great place to eat! Santa Fe Importers is a wonderful Italian deli serving both hot and cold sandwiches, has a wonderful olive bar and many other Italian dishes and treats. Whether you are looking for lunch, or a special Italian ingredient for your kitchen, they are the place to go. Keep your food hot and fresh. You make this energy after you order them, and they taste amazing! The meatballs are exalted, but you can't go wrong with the really big line of sandwiches pizzas and other foods they serve fresh daily. You have a wide selection of bottle soda and well drinks as. They also have chocolates, candy and candy from Italy and other places. You can dine inside, have a place on the terrace, or go there, but it is a good place for a casual business lunch or bring your friends. They close early, so before 18:30. They are pretty busy at noon time, but the line moves fast and they really have great customer service, so don't leave it back. You'll be glad you left!

It's Italian, what Italian deli isn't great! Nice to relax, friendly staff and many tables and chairs available. Long bar bank for happy hour love the pastrami sandwich my favorites always. Would help, more different choices of bread.

This is a fantastic lunch spot that was much needed in the area. While this location differs significantly from the original in Long Beach, it successfully maintains the welcoming vibe and family atmosphere that Santa Fe Importers is known for. The food is always fresh and made to order, though there are several items available daily that are ready to grab. You can easily spend an entire hour enjoying your meal and chatting, or you can just drop in for a quick bite and be in and out in under 30 minutes. If you order pizza, expect it to take a little longer than a sandwich or pasta dish. Don’t be afraid to try something new! My favorite sandwiches include the meatball, sausage, pastrami, and Italian beef. The marinara sauce is fantastic and pairs perfectly with any pasta dish you choose. The antipasto salad and fruit salad are also delicious. Whenever I'm in Irwindale, this is my go-to lunch spot.
